Making a Payment...
It is simple and straight forward to pay your wedding balance or for prints and products from Crawley Wedding Photography.
Payments to us are made either cash in person (please make an appointment to visit our studio), internet bank transfer (our preferred option) or credit card via PayPal (you don't have to have a PayPal account). We no longer accept cheques.
Please note that Crawley Wedding Photography is a brand owned and traded by VisualChaos Studios Ltd (www.visualchaos.co.uk). All invoices and payments are processed through VisualChaos Studios Ltd.
We will send you an invoice for your wedding balance approximately 3 to 4 weeks prior to the wedding date. We request that balances are cleared no later than 14 days before your wedding. Confirmation that payment has been received will be emailed out, if paying via PayPal the receipt they send you will be your confirmation.Payment via Internet Bank transfers to :

Balance
of Fee (due two weeks prior to wedding)
£495 less £150 deposit = balance of £345
Please ensure you give your name and address when asked by the PayPal process so we can tie it up with your booking form.

the right to amend or cancel any booking where the balance is not paid

part of our business policy and strategy and allows us to keep our prices
so low. As photographers we want to take photos, we have no wish whatsoever
to be in the debt collection business - therefore your prompt payment
is very much appreciated.
